Physical Therapy has helped me in numerous ways. I can not only feel my fingers but I also am able to move freely! My recovery and progression has helped so much more than I thought it would. " J.B. My neck was in so much pain it gave me headaches. I couldn't sit very long without a heating pad. After ONE visit, there was marked improvement. Now I feel 10 years younger- and my posture has improved too! Thank you K.P.T! " N.Y. I can pull a shirt over my head, and put my arms behind my back. Still a small amount of pain but feeling better, and able to perform activities at home. Getting in and out of a car is much easier. Most importantly, I can sleep now without any pain. " L.E. When I first came in I had been off of my foot for 2.5 months (left ankle). I was non-weight bearing until that time. In the 6 weeks that I have been to Kellogg Physical Therapy, I have been able to regain most all of the lost motion from before surgery. I'm walking again! " T.B. When I started therapy I was struggling to walk and barely functional. I have progressed to walking independently. The staff was extremely helpful. I made progress and enjoyed my experience. I would highly recommend Rusty and his crew to whoever needs Physical Therapy. " S.G. |
When I started Physical Therapy, I would estimate my pain level to be at 8-9. Now, there is an occasional dull ache at 2-3. I was unable to even walk on my treadmill at home more than a couple of minutes. Now, I'm up to walking a mile again! And I'm more functional in daily tasks. J.D. I started Physical Therapy one week after total knee replacement. When I first started, it was all I could do to walk with two crutches. I am now on my third week and using only one crutch. I'm able to bend my knee almost fully now, and seeing improvement every day. " B.N. I came in post hip replacement surgery not really knowing what to expect as far as recovery time/return of ROM, etc. I try to spend a lot of time in the mountains, so getting back movement is a pretty important issue. After 6 weeks at K.P.T., I feel confident enough in my recovery that prospecting and huckleberries are in the cards for this summer. Rusty and crew couldn't have been more professional or informative. Always cheerful and encouraging. All and all, I see this as a total success! Thank you to all who had a hand in my treatment. Physical Therapy has helped me with my pain and mobility. My walking is very smooth now and I can stand up straight. I feel confident I can go for a walk now and make it back home. I can go up and down stairs in a normal manner instead of one step at a time. " A.W. At the beginning of therapy I frequently used a "walking stick" and had to lean on it to take the weight off my right leg. Now, 6 weeks later, I have no pain while walking and do not need any assistive devices. I no longer take any medication (muscle relaxant and/or pain reliever). M.B. Rusty and all of the crew, thank you! I have recovered fully from a broken scapula and have full use of my arm. N.M. Physical Therapy has reduced my pain. Currently I am pain-free for the past 2 weeks. With strengthening and stretching my core and lower back, I'm better able to support my body. I can walk and stand freely and am able to squat down without pain. " K.M. |
